I am an adult beginner who likes to take class seriously and will study, read and practice on my own time. Alot of the information I read in books did not offer diagrams and clear directions on basic and more advanced positions, hence, too confusing to follow. It was important to me that if I am going to practice at home, that I am doing it correctly as to not learn bad habits or wrong moves.
